2 weeks later:
GOOD -The character groundwork has been laid out and concept art is complete -All pieces of the demo are in-progress -10 day outlines for (almost) every route were completed -Primary staff have been organized -Information is now being streamlined -Website redesign in progress
BAD -Procrastination has begun setting in after only 2 weeks
Any proposals for our next goals? The previous ones were completed within a few days.
The first thing that comes to mind is cleaning up the forums a bit. Particularly the character threads (I also feel that the various "staff call" threads should be moved into their own section to be made easier to find, instead of being mixed in with the "Other Stuff"). The forums need not confuse any potential help we'll be getting after the demo is released.

If we're getting a new website with delicious myBB, forum cleanup will be less important. Instead, there will be a need to transfer over the important stuff.
If forum cleanup is needed for whatever reason, I can do it if Tom gives me admin and I feel that my time is better spent cleaning forums than writing, editing, coding, or studying. This is highly likely to be the case because I have excellent priorities.
